Milestones

2017

More recently in 2017, we purchased a CAMECA IMS 7f Auto SIMS instrument along with building a substantial extension to our laboratory facilities. The new SIMS instrument is the first of its kind to be installed in a contract analysis laboratory in Europe and means we now have a significantly increased capacity.
2015

We purchased our SEM-EDX which has proven invaluable when conducting investigative work.
2010

We moved to our current premises in Loughborough with our fleet of 4 SIMS instruments and an AES in 2010.
1997

The company was founded by Alison Chew, Mike Petty and David Sykes with a vision of creating a contract analysis facility able to apply surface chemical analysis techniques to the widest range of technological problems.
